The All American Picnic, formerly known as the Starlight Festival

Held on third Saturday in July and hosted by the Rotary Clubs of Richland County. A lighted boat parade on East Fork Lake. Food, disk golf, family activities, entertainment and a lighted boat parade at dusk.
